Who are we?

We are a small organisation based in Bertem. We both have a lot of experience in competitive chess as well as teaching, and now we want to share our knowledge with you.

Our mission

Most chess clubs in Belgium offer their students guidance while they work through the basics of chess tactics. We want to offer you more structured and detailed lessons. In addition, we also focus on teaching other skills through our chess lessons. Hence our motto: grow through chess. Handling time pressure, learning to make difficult decisions, discovering new ways of thinking, … are just a few examples of skills that can help you win games, but that can also be useful outside the chessboard!
